If you count internal parts, I would remove a kidney to help someone who needs one. My left leg was cut off and am comfortable with who I am, so I would probably opt for losing the leg. On the other hand, losing a middle toe would be easier. I lost an eye too, which causes me no trouble at all, but I hate feeling vulnerable because of the risk of damaging my remaining eye. I lost two ribs, which also doesn't bother me, but I know that I am at risk for back problems when I get older.
