You could try leaving your windows down for the night to air it out, or get several air fresheners. I'm not sure if it will work, I doubt it will, but I heard that if a fridge smells bad you put an open box of baking soda in it... I'm not sure if it'd do the same for your car though. Worth a shot, I'd say.
