In south carolina can an employer make you take a drug test for a worker comp claim?

As far as I know, it is true in all states that if being uninhibited by drugs is a requirement of your employer, then they can require a drug test for a workman's comp claim. At my company, a drug test is required for any work sight injury.

Most places give you a urinalysis immediately, as soon as you tell them you are hurt. Guy I know got fired because a fork truck driver ran over his foot, so he had to take urinalysis, and it was dirty. We had a party for the fork truck driver after work, if you know what I mean...His idiocy lost a family man his job..
