I remember there was a polices substation in my neighborhood. It was located at the busiest corner for criminal activity. The police were hardly ever there.
Who said there shouldn't be?
I'm not sure. I like the idea. That must mean it's not legal somehow.

It was in Cincinnati. The substation moved out at some point. But the police are still there. I saw them near that corner arresting someone for selling guns on COPS (Fox TV). It is much more fun to watch when it is on TV.
