Help answer this question below.

My Lexmark Z55 printer only prints in black. The colour cartridge is full, I've cleaned it, and it has worked before, but colour will not print on any page. How can I fix this?

    I often have the same problem with my Z615 - a salesgirl told me that insufficient use caused the ink to dry up - and to put the ink cartridge over a steaming kettle for a few seconds, then placing it back into the printer. This seems to do the trick - however I need to do it each time I try to print if I am not using my printer frequently.
