I plugged my computer into a station that was running 230v power. It will no longer turn on of course. I would like to know what will need to be replaced to repair it. I was thinking it would be the whole power supply, am I correct?

You're reading I bought a new AC adapter for my laptop. I contacted the seller telling them that I wanted to return it because it got extremely hot and they said that that was normal for the first few times you use it. Does that make any sence or do they just want my $?
