Do you think women think about their s/o more then men? Due to the fact that women are better at multitasking and can think about many things at once perhaps?

Who says women are better at multi-tasking, for a fact? Just an observation, but I've noticed alot of self-proclaimed multi-taskers can't seem to get ONE thing completed. When you start using superlative terms (such as the words "more" or "better") then you're implying superiority. Women do not think about their S/O's any more than men do. Where they usually ARE superior is in expressing their thoughts verbally. A man will express his love for wife and family, non-verbally, when he grinds out a living day after day, year after year. Now maybe that doesn't count for much with you, but that doesn't mean he's not thinking of them when he's doing something he'd rather not.
