How much should it cost to hire a personal driver? I have a BMW 745i and I want him to open the door for me as well when I arrive at my destination?

    If you are in the New York area contact iDriveYourCar.com they have very professional, polite and prompt drivers but the best thing is they only charge about $28 per hour.
