When you interview a job candidate, you ask them why they left a previous company. What would you interpret their answer as, if they say they left for “personal reasons?”

    It would depend on why type job he previously had. It it was a minimuum wage high turnover job I wouldn't put much stock in the answer to the question. If it was a $90,000 a year position in which he had been for nine years I would ask him to share more detail.
