I would say no because players run out of the base line all the time when getting a hit. Every time your round the bag you are going out of the base line into the grass. That is what you are taught to do and umpires never call you out for that.
If a player hits a home run then they need to make sure they touch each base but if they go out of the base line a bit on the way to first ... that is fine.
