If i baught a calling card and gave it to someone in jail, do the rates per minute stay the same or do they go up since its technically a collect call? what is the rate per minute?

    If it's collect there is no calling card necessary. Just dial 0 and the area code and number and tell the operator it's a collect call. They don't get charged anything, you do.
