Help answer this question below.

Help!! i really need to lose at least 6 inches off my waist in about 3 weeks. i dont wanna buy anything (no programs, diet pills or gym memberships) and imwilling to do lots of boring situps or diet. i need it to work effectively. can anyone PLEASE help?

    what works for me beside
    drinking 8-10 glasses a day
    eating 5-6 time a day every 3hrs.It should a good fat
    drinking 2-3 cups of tea (green tea)
    doing interval training.You will see changes in your body in just 10 days. 4-5 time a week taking rest
    Qi gong/yoga. I really enjoy it because of breathing exercises
    cut out all the sweets
    It will help to get some supplements(those are not diet pills)
    CLA,EFA,L-Carnitine & I also take some digestive enzyme

    lie on a decline bench w/10 lb medicine ball. do a full sit up (hold ball above head and allow it to come up with your body, should end up in sitting position with the ball in front of your chest) come half way down and stop swing ball from right to left, go back down on decline and hold ball in front of your face pump up. That is one rep do 3 sets with 10 reps every day until then.
    Add in a low fat diet (not consuming more than 2000 calories per day) about 30 fat grams per day. You will lose inches don't know about 6 inches though. That is a lot to ask.
    Try adding in 30 min of fast-paced walking everyday.

    Try walking. Do at least a mile a day. And I know you don't want to do diets but if you eat smaller portions or you change one of your meals and have fruits/vegetables instead it will also help a lot.

    Lots of excersise..aerobics and weights...lots of water and green tea. Eat lots of vegy's and protein but limit the starch.
