Help answer this question below.

I am a 15 year old female and would like to date a 19 year old male. This does not mean we will engage in sexual activity. Both sets of parents have given consent. Are there laws prohibiting dating, kissing, anything like that aside from

    don't get involved with a 19 year old. you say there won't be sex. but you don't know how long that will stay. you shouldn't take the chance.

    the law prohibets sexual activity (shagging, blowjobs, handjobs, touching each other up) between the two of you because one of you is underage but i think eveything else is fine

    Be careful and see if that no sex thing will still be in play at 16. Your parents are going to ask you a lot of questions. As a parent I wouldn't allow it but everybody as their own rules. Please be careful.

    Honey, If you DO Like this guy, and if you so much as kiss him and get turned on,then he is in line for a measure 11 prosecution. Have you seen the Beau Breedlove / Sam Adams thing in the news paper over the last 6 months.
    If the age difference is greater than 3 years then he is liable to the DA and a grand Jury, your parents wishes don't play into this game. Do you want to see him become a "registered sex offender" for life, 'cause the 'tards in the '94 legislature added this to the measure 11 crap the year you were born.
    This is way beyond a bad idea, the law is insane, but that is what this law is, and how it can works. If he slips you the tung and you start to breath hard he is under the terms of this law guilty.

    If both your parents consent it shouldn't be an issue. But what I could see becoming an issue is the fact that he is 19 and kind of in a different world than you are. He's out of high school now probably getting into college which is a new world to him completely. Your still in high school with plenty of stuff still to deal with and look forward to. You say there is going to be no sexual activity but what I fear is that this 19 year old isn't going to hold off for that much longer. I think that if your still a virgin that might be compromised with this man. I think maybe you should think about it a little bit longer before you attempt this.
