I'd be forced to give about half away in taxes. After the extortion, I'd hope to be able to cash out, keep the money in a fireproof safe in an undisclosed location in a guarded place in my home so it won't be stolen from again. From there, some would go to charities of my choice and most would stay in the safe until needed.
i would take care of all my needs then my parents and friends, invest 1/2 of what is left and live off interest. i would donate to several charities that i trust.
then i would be a money fairy instead of just a points fairy. +5
Pay off the bills so the collectors would shut up! Get a new vehicle for me and the hubs, by a house for each of my family members and my best friends, tear down and remake our house, go to Disney World with the family and friends.
me and my bff made a pact: if one of us won mega millions (or a jackpot like that) we'd give the 1/3 to each other. That money would not be only beneficial for me but for other people who need it too. I'd also put some in the bank and I an iffy about investing.
