Stop doing hard stuff
Try putting antiperspirant on before you go to bed. Put it on again when you wake up. See if that doesn't help. I've read that it really does wonders by putting it on before you go to sleep.
Why is it when we perspire the persiration taste extremly salty, should we replace the lost salt?
