You are best with lactose-free cat milks such as "Cat Sip" and "Whiskas" which you can find at most pet stores. The majority of cats (and every single cat I've ever had) are lactose-intolerant and should not drink milk at all.
I quite honestly have never heard of being able to purchase 'cat milk'. If you can phone a pet supply store, they might be able to advise you.
I do give my 2 year old cat small dishes of our table milk (2% skim homogonized cow's milk). She really likes it and so far does not seem to be suffering any ill effects.
