It will end when people realize that they are slaves to debt and start taking control of their lives and spending. You don't always need that new gadget or toy. How we got into this problem well, people always have been greedy and want to keep up with the jones next door. Plus credit cards and home loans.
We keep mortgaging our future to pay for our present. That's why we've got so much material wealth, and 10 times as much debt.

You're reading Bailouts, stimulus packages, debt piled upon debt, where will it all end? How did we get into a situation where there has never been more material wealth & productivity and yet everyone is in debt to bankers?
