Father's divorce order states he claims children, he efiled and it was rejected because mom filed first without form 8332 for 2 years in a row. he removed them from taxes due to needing refund fast. can he report her to irs and receive his credit now?

Hmmm. I believe that might be possible but you'd have to do some research first to make sure it is OK.
