Ex-husband sold his business and made a LARGE sum of money..he is no longer making a salary, so can he cut my alimony? I was getting my alimony from his salary. He is worth more now than before though? How would this work? Married 31 years. Thank you!

    I would check with your attorney. You should be ok, but you will need to double check the agreement that you signed off on. There should be a contingency clause in there for situations like this.

    He sure can, hope he does also, blood sucker!! If he is old enough for SS, he can go back to court and modify the alimony per his monthly SS!!! Get a job!!!! LMAO
