I would check with your attorney. You should be ok, but you will need to double check the agreement that you signed off on. There should be a contingency clause in there for situations like this.

You're reading Ex-husband sold his business and made a LARGE sum of money..he is no longer making a salary, so can he cut my alimony? I was getting my alimony from his salary. He is worth more now than before though? How would this work? Married 31 years. Thank you!
