    Shallow unless I think it about it and then I breath deep. It takes effort and focus to do that whereas shallow breathing is automatic and you don't have to think about it! :)

    I breathe deep, at least I want to and I strive for it. Sometimes I feel I fall into shallower breathing and correct myself immediately.

    I think most deeply, live most deeply...but breath shallowly...deep breaths take way too much time.
