Help answer this question below.

Not divorced yet but have a child. Mother of child is threatening to go to another state. Is she allowd to leave state with my son? and when we do get our divorce and she stays in texas. how would the custody work? I heard she could get full custody? (20

    If this is her intent, file an Injunction ordering her not to remove the child from the jurisdiction of the court. As for her getting custody, that fully depends on your preparation, Now, you would be the father wanting to move to Florida, that a mother was complaining about in Yahoo Answers? The question is similar, and she's in Texas.

    Consider Bird Nest Custody, where the child stays in one home and each of you live there for three weeks than switch. I have a couple who divide the house semi weekly. She lives there during the week and he lives there on the weekend.
