Is the deposit on an enterprise rental car refundable, when an insurance company is providing it for you because one of their policy holders hit your car?

the deposit will cover the rental fee if it is not paid
it is refundable if it is not used
i would wnat the ins co to put up for this
either way you should get it back form them you may hve to sue or threaten to but you will get it back
