Help answer this question below.

If you get ranked down when you just reach a level, does your overall rank go down? And if so, what happens when you're on the first level rank (Just starting)?

    Your level is determined by your total points gained.
    Down-rates do not have any affect on your total points gained.

    The only time when your level can go down is if the staff reduce your total points.
