Easy as pie in the UK. If your new at it simply Google for company formation agents, go to one and register your company name (dream one up and check with the Companies House website that it doesn't already exist), and get pay the agent (maybe £300 a year), to be your official Company Secretary. With the certificate you'll get having registered the compnay you can then go to your bank (or another bank) and get an account open in the co. name. Do yourself a favour and get advise from an accountant and maybe lawyer depending on what you are setting up. Register a web domain name (also easy - Google for who to do this through - GoDaddy is a good one), so you can have a website. Get cracking!
