My daughter was hit in the head by a football - I was called to collect her - seemed fine - 24 hrs later, she had a decent nosebleed - she has never had one before. Should I be concerned?

    Yes. Go to the hospital and get it checked out. You can never be too sure. It is always a good idea to get even the slightest things looked at when the head is involved.
