I've had my goldfish for years now. All of a sudden it's on it's side it's gills look raised and seem to be seeping slime. Can I treat it with anything to make it better?

  My goldfish have recently started hanging out on the bottom. They perk up when I come near the tank, but go back down. Water test is good.
