You're reading I have been working out for 15 hours per week the past 3 weeks I eat as before, why have I not lost any weight yet?

Sure, but no, I don't think so, I have been the same weight for the past 4 years.

You cannot burn calories in excess of what you consume and not lose weight. You MUST be mistaken somewhere in your analysis. Maybe you "have been working out for 15 hours per week" but increased TV by 15 hours per week as well ... maybe your workout doesn't burn many calories ... who knows.
