I can honestly say I have never down-rated anyone on AB. In fact I am against it altogether. So much so I have spent many hours up-rating negative down-ratings I find.

Oh...I've downrated so many people. The noble admin even PB'd me once because I was downrating indiscriminately. I don't do that so much anymore. Usually, in order for me to downrate someone, some fool has to force my hand. This happens often.

Of course I have. My rating is 100%, but don't y know, after downrating someone, if you plus someone, it stays at 100.
I'd be edgy on believing people who use their perfect percentage as "proof" that they never downrated anyone. Fuck that.
Of course, I'm not the only one who figured that out. But anybody who did is probably too scared to admit it since they don't want to be labeled as a troll. I personally don't care. I uprate WAY more than I downrate. And don't anybody come up to me and go, well you should leave a comment, blah blah blah. Do people leave comments when they uprate you? No. So what's the difference, unless you're trolling someone, which I don't do since you can get boxed. I don't care about your feelings, but I don't wanna be boxed.
Besides, people might tell me to leave a comment in my occasional downrate, but do they? I lulzinate I tell thee.

I can honestly say YES I have down rated people but I can honestly say that I will NEVER do it again.
It's happened to me and I hate it (Thank you to all the Coats out there) I've learned and I've stopped doing it.
If someone's question upsets me, that's what the answers and comments are for.

That's so kind of you chief.I dred a few people in the past only during my initial days.Since last 2 years ,I haven't.Even though someone doesn't respect or says something harsh,it's their problem not mine.
Now I regret a lot for that 99% + rating on my profile instead of 100.That made me 1% troll.I salute you for your tolerance and great work in moderating this site and making it a better place to visit.
