You're reading I am thinking of letting a coke/pot dealer set up shop in my "private" biker bar. Security is taken care of (videocamera, door barred, just like jail), but should i charge hima percentage, or i was thinkin flat $500 a week. Ideas?

i doubt that. its a pretty secure setup, to say the least. only one way in, not only do i have pit bulls and cameras, but i pay for lookout, info, listen to scanner. hes 35 years old, been dealing since hes 22 and never been caught! hes smarter than me....

Secure when it isn't a hive of known dealer activity. If he has been in the biz for 13 years the authorities know of him and his being at your place will make you the second most popular guy to watch. Keep a quarter in your pocket for your "one call".

its the same hive for 13 years. you want to believe it cant happen, that the bad guys get caught, that crime doesnt pay, blah blah blah. take a cue from the guys at enron. oh sorry they're white collar, so that acceptable.

No, you want to believe that getting caught can't happen. Frankly, it makes no difference to me. May your business prosper and stripes not make you look chubby :)

getting caught happens, ive been caught before. he hasnt. minimalize ur risk at every turn. i aint retiring at 45 because i take stupid risks. some loads aren't worh it, even if its dirt cheap, sometimes its smarter to pass. the guys in prison never pass.
