Can you help me with my mp3player it was a sunglasses with mp3 player i dont the brand..after downloading some songs it doesnt work anymore and the computer doesnt recognizes it..can you help me pls..

RCA Pearl TH1101a ,from Windows media player all my songs in sync of artist. when playing my mp3 the numbers/artist not sync. Shuffle off.
