I never felt that I was allergic to any foods. Recently I have explored a website http://www.allergyfreeandsugarfreesnacks.com/ which contains a lot of information about allergic food and ingredients. People can be sensitive to any food product. The cause of sensitivity is whether it is a food allergy, food intolerance or just your body's inability to process and breakdown the chemical or molecular components of the items we consume on a daily basis. In the United States , there are eight major food groups that account for approximately 90% of all food allergies. These include Dairy products, Wheat products, Egg products, Soy products, Peanuts, Tree Nuts (cashews, pecans walnuts, etc), Shellfish (crab, clams, shrimp, scallions etc.), and Fish (cod, flounder, salmon, trout etc.).
