No.
No on-the-fly electronics that give instantaneous MPG are very accurate, precise though they may be. MPG is best measures on a long baseline.
They are an excellent guideline to inform you as to how efficiently you are driving, however.
HHO system on your auto, is it worth it or just a waist of time and money?
