No. At least not immediately. You're going to have to jump through some legal hoops. It will take a minimum from 1 month to 6 months to get rid of him. Go see a lawyer and evict him properly.
I'm not a lawyer but my guess is that if he's paying any rent, she'd probably have to move to evict him since he is in effect a tenant. Usually 30 days then law enforcement can kick his butt out of there. No rent she can probably do that now.
