Ive changed the rear brake pads on my 52 reg laguna .. ive retracted the pistons as it says but the pads are binding and wheels getting hot ive retracted them again but they still continue to bind

    You have sticky calipers. Dirt, rust (usually rust), or something else siezed your caliper up so that the piston doesn't retract back. Just buy a new caliper. If you do it yourself, be sure to bleed the new caliper.

    it has a bad proportioning valve or calpiers
    if they don't retract something is keep pressure to the pistons

    Be sure that you have clipped the inner brake pad to the piston , take note one of the pads has stiff wire clips on the back to ciip it to the piston because this is the main reason these things can bind. Also spray lubricant on the handbrake pivot and make sure it moves freely
