As long as you are making healthy choices, I think your chances of health problems are not high. Keep doing what you are doing and you will stay healthy and continue to lose weight. Try eating smaller meals and healthy snacks throughout the day, like every 3 hours to keep your metabolism high. Also drink some green tea throughout the day to help your metabolism. If you really want to drop pounds like sweat, try a juice fast. You will be surprised how much weight you will lose and how much better you will feel at the end of your fast. You can do anywhere from a couple days to a couple months of a fast. It might not be the most fun thing, but the benefits are amazing.

Thanks. What kind of juice would be the best choice?

Are you actually 50lbs over weight, or 50lbs higher than you think you should be? Since you maintain a healthy lifestyle, your risk should be lowered. If your body naturally carries the weight, you may be at risk purely due to genetics. This would be something I would discuss with a doctor, based on your family history, etc. Most "healthy" weights are a weight range, as well. And despite the comment before mine, do not fast. It is in no way healthy for your body. The smaller meals, more often, thing is a great suggestion however. 5-6 small meals a day of the healthy food. Consume more fruits and veggies than anything else, and cut out bleached wheat products, etc. Check the ingredients of your food whenever you eat packaged food, even ones that people say are healthy. Sugar-free yogurt isn't good for you given what they use to sweetend it. Lots of foods are preserved using an excess of salt, etc.
