Terms like womaniser are often very male-oriented. It is a term of almost pride for a man to be called that. A woman, on the other hand, becomes a slut. Similar terms are go-getter/enterprising for a man who pushes his way up the corporate ladder, but bitch/pushy for a woman. In the perfect world, men would respect women, and honour them, not use them as notches on a gun (and women would act just as nobly). ;-)

I think they usually call female womanizers "flirts." Or a "dirty flirt."

A man is considered a womanizer when he dates many women, usually simultaneously, and goes through relationships quickly. There is no similar term for a woman, and a womanizer doesn't carry the same negative, debasing connotations that the word for a woman with similar characteristics (slut) does.
