Even $1000 would be good enough for me but $100,000 would doo some much not only for my family but I would use some to help out others as well. If I won mega millions, more people would get helped.

It would give us a little security. We could pay off some bills, take a really good vacation, and put the rest in CD's. Nothing too fancy!

$100,000 is nothing nowadays. I owe the IRS almost that much. However, if someone "gave" me that, I would invest it it tax free securities and use the interest to make home improvements.

I would be free of all present debts.

And would still have a sizable down payment for a home In a good neigborhood so my girlfriends kids can begin their education in a quality school.

It would really speed up what I have been working at for a long time.

Man for what seems to be not much money to some people of this world, that ammount would change everything for me.

Let's see, the question is how would $65,000 to $70,000 change your life (what's left over after taxes here in the US).

I'd put 50% of it on my mortage and with the rest I'd buy a good used car and take a small vacation.
