    Yes, as long as you are not in bankruptcy.

    Its then a law violation.

    Your question is too vague to give a meaningful answer, but I suspect two things to be true:

    First, what you call harrass[ment] is probably not harrassment. But please provide information as to how you are being harrassed?

    Second, there are very few laws that regulate first-party debt collection efforts. So you would have to be more specific as to who is calling you as well.
