I like them both, but the dirt bike brings back more memories. Quads are OK, but I'd rather ride a horse.

It depends what you like better. I prefer dirt bikes because i like to race and they are not as dangerous. quads are more dangerous and more expensive.

This is a hands down answer. 4 wheeler. Unlimited fun as far as the tank will allow. I like mountain bikes anyway.

Of course I'm a dirt biker so I'm gonna say a dirt bike, but I ride both a lot and in my opinion a dirt bike is a lot more fun. ATVs are more for recreation and hunting and for work, and also just for screwing around. A dirt bike can also just be for screwing around but there definitely for the more serious racers.

I love dirt bikes. Dirt bikes are very versatile and can just about go anywhere and do anything. They can go fast, really slow like trials (one of my favorites) jump and leap with you doing crazy things. They are easier to transport. If you get an enduro or dual sport, you can go on the streets from one trail to another. Your skills can lead to riding on the street on a sport bike. Quads seem too single-purpose for me. They are useful around the yard, great for hunting, but I got tired of them.

Depends on what you are doing. I have both and i love them both but more in somethings then others. Like jumping would be the dirtbike. snow would be my race quad.

i have both but I got a crf 250 2months ago dirtbikes all the way quads flip to easy and they are hard to transport but its good to have a quad and a dirt bike and the go anywhere they are also good to run from the cops

a frikin dirt bike is better i ride and have the best time of my life so screw quads!!!!!!!!!

It depends if it is a 2 stroke or 4 stroke 4 wheeler. I have a 800 outlander and it's still good for racing. I don't know. It's a personal preference.
