Help answer this question below.

I am two months late on my payment with my car. i live in missouri. i will be making a payment by friday and then making another one within 7 days after that. what is the repossion laws in missouri? can they come and get my car if they would like?

    I suggest you get on the phone with ASAP, if you know you're giving them a payment on Friday, maybe you can do a phone pay (they won't take the money out till you tell them) and keep them off that way otherwise you take a chance and if they reposess the car, it's going to cost you a lot more to get it back

    Have you even talked to the bank about your late payments?

    Banks and finance companies are quick to act when they do not hear from late payers.

    A one minute phone call will help your situation tremendously. at least you and your bank will have an understanding about your late payments and repoing could be postponed.

    The bank had rather work with you, than to repo your vehicle. its costs them a lot of money to do so.

    I believe you have 3 payments before repossession.

    Make the call and live up to what you promise.
