yes but you won't get it.Usually 6 months after the bankruptcy discharges you usually start getting offers in the mail with outrageous fees and yearly fees. Also if the courts find out you are applying for more credit they could refuse to DC your bankruptcy
My friend did this and she ended up get a $3,000 limit then she had it racked up in no time. In my opinion it would be like shooting yourself in the foot twice, I wouldn't recommend it.
