I was fired from a job I liked and I felt bad about it at first, but now I'm making ten times the income I made on that job, so I'm happy that I was forced to look for something better. Now I can't imagine how anybody is happy doing my old job, but they are, and I was one of them at one time!

isn't it unfair that "at will" employee's can be fired without reason but we are expected to give 2 week notice if we want to quit
