My husband was awarded temporary custody of my three children because I moved out of the home. I have since moved into a home down the street from my children. I was the primary caretaker prior to moving. How likely is it that I will get custody back?

You abandon your children, so that's not going to look any better than when a father leaves, though most are ordered to by the mother. Why not go for Bird Nest custody?

That depends on many different factors --

    Do you have a job?

What are the custody laws in your state?

Do you have a good attorney?
