I was on Estrostep fpr two months but stopped taking it after my last cycle. Lately I have been having some slight nausea during the day, slight abdominal discomfort, gas, and some weakness. Can these be side affects of stopping the pill?

Yes, after taking any pill for a certian amount of time your body becomes use to having the extra dose. To have missed most side effetcs, try to gradually go off next time. Don't worry, your side effects shouldn't last long if it's from stopping the pill.
