Help answer this question below.
Certain women are born with a defect in which prevents them from ever being able to have kids. The only other thing that I can think of that wouldn't require any surgery is to have had a significant injury near that area that causes you to no longer be able to have kids, or get some sort of infection... But other than that then there is nothing else I can really think of on the spot without looking it up.
The best advice would to just use safe sex and to talk it out with your partner before just to make sure both of you understand whats going on and to take extra precaution...
