I think it is better to postpone foreign travel right now for a couple of reasons. First the political situation in so many countries is unstable. Second the weather conditions are unstable. If I am going to die as a result of an earthquake, flood or some other disaster of nature I would prefer doing it at home.
The best thing about foreign travel right now is probably because of the reasons not to go, the prices most likely are quite a discount. Especially to vacation places. I love Mexico and was going to arrange a vacation there this winter but there is so much crime going on we hav been warned not to travel there as our Foreign Department can not assure our safety.
