Have you ever had to testify in court?

Yes, several times, including Federal Courts of Appeal. Have never, however, had to testify in a criminal proceding that I can recall.

Yes, Mrs. C, they were interesting cases. I also enjoyed the opportunity of being an attorney's guest in a proceding before the U.S. Supreme Court. When an attorney is given that rare opportunity/honor to argue his/her case before the Supreme Justices, he/she is awarded a few guest attendance passes. It was quite an honor for me to be so invited. By the way, he won his case.

No, I didn't answer, I've never testified in court. I am fascinated by that sort of thing and always watch the "Judge" shows on TV. Although I realize they aren't always as real life would be, I still find them interesting.

Thank you, CL. The big dinner party after the SC hearing was even MORE fun/interesting. You can't imagine how an attorney, and his firm, feel when they have that opportunity to present a case before the Justices. It's a rare occasion. Quite a D.C. bash. :-)
