Bad is an understatement. Though I try and I try to convince all the other members of the household to be more conscious of our electricity spending there are 2 computers, 1 tv, 5 lamps, and 1 thermostat set to 72 degrees on in the house right now. I am freezing my keester off and dispite my pleas to turn all lamps and electronics not in use off, I can't make the other three members of the household do it.
Unfortunately we're very very bad at it. There's always lights on, we always have the television on and computer, Xbox, DVD player... the whole works =S I should probably get everyone to do something about this...
whether they are or are not I make them turn lights off of they are not in the room. I guess you can say they are bad in saving electricity, Im the electricity police in my house.
I do not have an immediate family. It is just me. I try to do what I can to save energy. I have electric heat so the bills are quite high in the winter.
Good question. +5
nope, they think electricity grows on trees. the air conditioner is set low and every light in the house is on along with several radios and tvs.
not at all
We are great at saving electricity. Not like we have to, living in a hydro power state, but it saves a few bucks.
