Help answer this question below.

I am 36 yr old and had a complete hysterectomy 8 months ago. Does anyone know how I can get my hormones back to normal?

    lol. nope. you had the surgery, now you can never get your hormones back to normal.

    Experienced professinal.

    Due to your young age, a relatively high dose of hormone replacement should have ideally been started before, or immediately after your surgery.
    Now that time has passed, the most reliable regimen would be 2.5 mg of Premarin and 5 mg of provera daily.
    Low dose OCP's and other might be chosen.
    Regardless......it may take up to 6 months for any regimen for total stabilization. Good luck.

    You won't ever return to normal, but enjoy being free of periods.

    My wife lost everything but her vagina when she was 24. A few years later I had to have both testicles removed. We had good sex withiout the fear of her getting knocked up.
