You're reading Does anyone know of a divorce attorney in the Los Angeles area that is known to get the husband out of paying spousal support or paying very little even when the numbers should have him paying a huge amount, an atty who can pull a rabbit out a hat?

For What? Do you know how many women marry men of means hoping to divorce them soon after just to get a good spousal support check? Or did you think he was talking about child support?

That's what antenuptial agreements are for. It's awful that this is where society has gone. Spousal support is fair in many cases, but you are right, there are tons of women who think men (in general) should support them. There's a word for women like that .....

Actually, these days the common method is picking guys with good incomes to have children with. I knew a few when I was a cab driver, as they would brag about it. I would pick them up in a low income region and take them to a bar in the Kansas City Plaza area. They carried just enough money for the fare, entry into a bar, usually Blonds, and one or two drinks. They would hook up with a guy, learn his financial status, make sure he gets really drunk, go home with him, giving him some Viagra, than have baby making sex. A gamble, but if it works out, with two or three kids, they can be bring in up to %10,000 a month in child support, all tax free. Plus, under Missouri law, the father must provide insurance for the kids, and carry $100,000 in life insurance payable to her upon their death.

What happens when the kids hit 18? Just curious. I am close to someone who was the victim of the same thing.
